FEES

SWRD is an academic capacity-building program. The Egyptian Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation will support a limited number of students.  If the student satisfies all the requirement of the postgraduate (https://eng.cu.edu.eg/en/postgraduates-regulations/), he can apply for the Shared Water Resources Diploma that is a twin for SWRD program. The regular Cairo University diploma fees for non-Egyptian students are three thousand Sterling pounds. The fees cover the cost of the course notes and textbooks, computer use and study tours for the two semesters. It DOES NOT cover accommodation costs (lodging and board), the cost of medical or other insurance and daily personal allowance. Accommodation costs and related expenses for living in Cairo are highly variable depending on the taste and preference of the applicant.
