Teaching in the program courses
is the main responsibility of selected highly qualified staff from several
faculties within Cairo University. The main instructor of each course will
invite eminent experts -to act as resource persons- from other universities
within Egypt, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and expert
figures as well. A coordinator for the program assisted by adequate staff
will facilitate the course programming and conduct. The coordinator reports
to the SWRD advisory board which consists of; the dean of the College of
Engineering, vice dean of the College of Engineering, three staff members of
the Irrigation and Hydraulics Department, two members representing other
colleges in Cairo University and two members representing the Ministry of
